ok so i need help to find this mathematician, i tried my self on the web like 100 times but i just cant find the one i'm looking for.

1) was taught mathematics in the royal school founded by King Ptolemy in Alexandria, Egypt.

1000 years later it was traslated in to Arabic, Latin.
