They don't always do that. But a lot of them do because of the history between the two and the woman isn't always totally hesitant either.

The only guys that do this are the ones with no morals or common sense, and a huge inability to let go of the past.

for the most part yea, it usually depends on how the baby mama feels about him, but if they are cool, then I would say yes ! also depends on the age of the baby, if the kids are young, they usually are still messing around, if the kids are older maybe not

Well, since they aren't honorable enough to marry her, what's stopping him from sampling around? Certainly not their character, morals or values.
