There isn't a known cure, BUT what always works for me is to drink LOTS of water while I'm drinking. But since you're already suffering from last night's hangover, drink water anyway. It will flush out the toxins from your body and rehydrate you. Eat something plain and fibrous like whole wheat bread. And take some vitamins so you get some nutrients back in your body.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is to just throw it all up!

Most hangover cures are like the 'cures' for the common cold, there is no cure. If you are really intoxicated you'll have to throw up to get some of the poison out of your system and sipping water rehydrates your system and dilutes what poison is present in your bloodstream (and brain). You just have to get over it, ingest a little salt perhaps and drink WATER.
You could also avoid alcohol, but I that's a bit puritannical.

The only cure for a hang over is time....So sleep it off

If I plan to drink---I often remember the hangovers! If I drink, I do so slowly and eat snacks or food while I drink. I also drink lots of water to keep myself hydrated.

I learned after years and years of being stupid and drinking too much, that the best way to cure them is to avoid them. You can still drink and have a good time--you just need to slow it down

Simple. I don't drink. But! There IS no cure for a hangover. The alcohol's poisons (and I don't say that to be preachy, that's just what your body sees them as) that your liver has been working on need TIME to get out of your system, not black coffee, not an energy drink, etc.

My cure for a hang-over is to drink diet 7-up with orange juice. You will enjoy this so much that you won't bother drinking any alcohol in the future.

Try not to stay down, you have to "burn off" the alcohol in your system....I get up and take a good shower and try to go on as if I'm OK....mind over matter. Eventually some canned soup is great for the salt and ease of digestion.

Perhaps a web search for "hangover cures" might be useful.

Drink a few glasses of water before going to bed. Alcohol dehydrates you, which causes the hangover.

Don't get one, tahts how I do it. You get hangovers from being dehydrated. So just keep 3 or so cups of water with you while your drinking (for after) and youll be set.
