It has to be down to how much you have done in the preceding decades. All the people mentioned above have been involved in sport/bodybuilding for +30years.
If you are coming to it for the first time, I have to say no, or at least that it will be a struggle.
By all means, go ahead and prove me wrong, I would prefer that.

yep, I'm in my 40's and striving for that. I have invested in the Power Push-ups, a Powerball (gyrosphere gadget) and following the men's health book The Abs Diet by Zinczencko.


probably one's biggest struggle is getting that diet in order. My problem is fast food. As a single man I don't like to cook.

without a doubt its both possible and do able. its not a big far fetched thing. look how long the governator had abs. you know the governator is over fifty dont you. and heck, maybe he still has sixers, i dont know. but i have seen him in conan so i know he at least had sixers at one time. you can do it.

Yes, I am over 50 and still have mine. It takes work. It isn't as easy keeping them as it was in my teens and twenties.
