This question has been answered several times this week, soon tell when it goes cold.lol. If the valve has a thermostat on (has numbers on it) remove the head, (either knurled ring or clamp with a screw under the head), tap the pin under the head a few times untill the heat comes through, re-fit the head.

Put your hand on the pipes either side of this rad and feel if there is any heat at all. If there is, then turn off your boiler and wait 10 mins for any air to rise to the top of the rad. You cannot vent a rad properly if the boiler is on and the pump is moving water around the system. Now vent the rad and let any water run out for about 5 mins. Turn boiler back on and see if it is okay now. Before turning boiler on check the water pressure is at 1 bar .

you obviously have a air blockage in the pipes, you may need to completely drain the system, and slowly refill, leaving all the bleed valves open, you would have to close the lower floor valves first and work upstairs,if this dont work, then another way is to connect a hose from the cold tap to the heating pipes and turn on the water until it comes out of the header tank, this would have moved the airlock.then start refilling
