No, a man does come walking around with a bucket of water and throws it everywhere, And YES it does rain where I live but not all the time.

I think the little guy with the bucket come around sometimes, but while it should rain here (I live on the coast of GA), it doesn't much at all. No hurricanes this year either and very bad drought. I'm used to rain - grew up in coastal OR and it rained all the time.

Rain is a thing of the past where I live, we are 21 inches short so far.

It rains often for short periods of time here. I get sun showers regularly and see rainbows often. If I don't like the weather I drive five miles or wait 5 minutes.

interesting theory, but no it rains during the day too. unless the same little man was sitting on the roof sprinkling water into my garden and over my cat...
