So yeah, I tried to remove my floppy drive.. I took it out along with the power and Floppy Data Cable...

When I did that, I reset the BIOS config, and set it back to normal(jumpers)

then I try to turn it on...

I get a few beeps

and nothing shows up on the screen...

it kinda smells like something burnt iono

Don't panic yet.
Those beeps you talk about are actually speaking to you. depending on who made your motherboard you will get different beeps for different problems. but you won't get a beep at all for "system is irretrievably borked"
Likely you nudged you graphics card loose while you were pulling those stubborn molex connectors. The burnt smell, if that is for real could be an issue.If it smells metallic (grape juice) or like plastic you might have damaged something important. if it just smells a little hot, that is normal, it IS a little hot.
Check you graphics card. Check you memory seating. Check your monitor cable connection. fire it up, and if it still doesn't work... well then panic.
