i always seem to go on the same ones such as on here,skynews,the sun,bored.com,what others website can i go on to stop myself being bored

hundreds and have constantly remove all the spyware and cookies that clog me registry. few clog it up like the adware you run into on yahoo. but they made an announcement that there is a way now to prevent that. they just did not say how. i will just stick to me favorite delousers.
