Provera Medicine?

I was put on Provera medicine because I couldn't start my period after getting off my birth control. I started today and was wondering if I would have a regular period every month now? Or is the pill just to get the period going for one month? Thanks fo much!

Based on what some of my friends (those that have been in this situation) have said some use it one time to try and help get the period started. I would recommend checking with your doctor for further clarification of the instructions.
