I'm not positive if its a rotatorcuff injury. I can do most things with my arm, but it only bothers me if I put my arm backhanded. I also can't throw a football or baseball, because this small nagging pain that is right where the rotator cuff is.

Your first step would be to be evaluated by an orthopedist or have your GP refer you to physical therapy. Most "tendonitis" types of injuries need specific exercises to load the tissue in order to remodel it. It is a long process taking weeks to months rather than days. Yet you must be evaluated first to determine if that is, in fact, the source of your pain. Pain with throwing can be associate with other pathologies such as labral tears....

Go to the doctors. I had this and let it go for months. Then my shoulder froze and I couldn't get it to go up more than a few inches. I had surgery on it as an outpatient. It was well worth it after exercising your arm to get your mobility back.
