(Also, most are family names so please don't switch around)

I like the first 3 names you listed. I know you wrote you didn't want to switch the names around but Michaela Margaret doesn't really flow well together. If Elizabeth is a family name, then Michaela Elizabeth sounds better. I think the following names flow better together:
Michaela Elizabeth
Caitlin Margaret
Fiona Katherine
The other two names are more traditional and don't match with the more modern names you have chosen.

Those are definitely my favorites. Isabella is sweet, but too common, especially when compared with your other choices. Caitlin is also too trendy compared to your other choices. I love that you spelled every name correctly! All of the names here are very sweet and pretty. I still like the top three, but I love Lucie as a middle name.

The trick with multiples is to choose names that are distinct but feel like a set - a fine line! All of these names are similar in feel, though, so you really can't go wrong.
I guess I'd probably use Michaela Margaret, Caitlin Eliza and Fiona Katherine.
Since Elizabeth and Isabella are variants of each other, I'd use one or the other, but not both.
If I can play with your list *just* a little, I'd use:
Micaela Margaret
Catrina Eliza (or Eliza Caitlin)
Fiona Katharine
But they make a nice set either way.
