how do i get the bumper sticker box to appear on my profile?

i deleted the box but still have the bumper sticker apllication. i choose bumper stickers but i dont know how to put the box on my profile again.

Click on Applications on the left side of the window. A list of all of your applications will come up. Click "Edit Settings" next to the bumper sticker application. You'll be able to choose a setting that will display a box in your profile.
