If not what are you doing to change things?

yes i am but i still have some stretch marks from having babies and even though most people wouldn't notice them because they aren't red or large (they are actually the same skin tone as my skin and can only be seen if your really close to me and looking straight at them) but I know they're there and I don't like them.

no I need to loose 15 lbs to be ideal wgt/height
I am on my own made up diet of eating very little/ exercise daily by hiking/ bike riding ect.. try to hike about 5 miles a day
ride bike about 20 miles on w/e when weather is right for each, I hike in a unique way I won't tell you here but some of my friends no my hiking method.. my eating diet small ittty bitty bowl of honey nut cheerios or cheerios, no lunch, salad and tuna fish , or chicken/ turkey meals, no dessert except oatmeal granola bars, little milk , lots of water,
my made up diet and exercise has lost me 80 lbs in 6 months
was 265 lbs not very good...

No, and personally I dont think I ever will. I have a flawed body image. I am happier than say 3 months ago. I took up jogging and its paying off. Sometimes I crash diet, but I havent really been doing that.

I have average type of body and I do healthy diet and exercise to maintain my weight.

Not really...I could stand to lose a few, but I am eating a lot healthier and exercising more!!! =D

no. eating better and exercising and drinking apple cider vinegar/honey and warm water.
