well, i like them. i usually alter photos and make it look like blacklight was used. personally, i don't use them. no particular reason.
this is kinda cool. although, i wonder what the tat looks like without the blacklight.

well, yes if you are smoking by yourself, however, they make your girlfriends teeth glow in the dark, and you can see all her dandruff and stuff, so I think they are not good for company.
