Depends on the cooking really and the dish itself. Most of the Chinese take aways round here seam to give you added grease for the hell of it.
Whereas if you go and get a pizza from the shop sometimes it has very little cheese on it. Swings and round abouts if truth be known.

ANY food can be fattening if you eat enough of it, but I'm going to have to say that (in this case) Chinese is more likely to pack on pounds. Depending on the restaurant, a lot of oil is used to prepare their dishes, and fatty meats get thrown in as well. Even though it is stated on menus at Chinese restaurants that they don't use M.S.G., cooks will oftentimes add it regardless (I've seen it done). This preservative not only makes the foot A LOT more appitizing and makes you want to eat more of it at one sitting, but it seems to encourage your hunger to return "full force" in a very short period of time. Pizza, on the other hand, while high in carbohydrates, hasn't much in the way of added fats (with the exception of sausage/pepperoni on your pie). It also boasts a flavorful tomato sauce which is packed with antioxidants, and other important vitamins. I hope this helps.

Depends. Pizza has a lot of cheese and if u have any toppings, that will surely add to the fatness(Like canadian bacon!)
Chinese food is mainly rice and veggies. So its better for u. Orange chicken isnt too bad fat wise

Depends on what you get.
If you get a pizza with one topping of meat or multiple toppings of veggies and no extra cheese your fine, you need carbs to maintain your metabolism (its good also if you are going to go work out later that day).
Chinese is excellent if you dont have the typical pork fried rice with chicken that is drenched in soy sauce cuz soy sauce itself has enough calories.
If you are going to go for chinese, do the plain white rice and the steamed veggies. Dont do anything fried

It depends. If you order steamed white rice and veggies, you are eating healthy. If you order General's chicken, good luck to you! Pizza is ok in moderation without fattening topings. So, if you make bad choices, they are both very bad!
