Male lobsters will have one claw bigger than the other. The large claw is used as a threat, to defend its territory, and to attract females. The smaller claw is used to pick up food. If you want to call that ambidextrous, I'm not sure what constitutes ambidextrous, or if it is a trait only given to humans...

i wouldnt think so since they have to use all their claws to eat or move around
