I would make an apt. with your doc. & get your Thyroid checked-out & see if, Hypothyroidism runs in your family. I would eat a healthy diet (organic when you can) avoid all white stuff (sugar, flour & rice), avoid fast foods & drink lots of water...
& start an exercise program, that you enjoy doing...
be patient with yourself...you're still growing...
what's important is, that you eat healthy... :)
