my molly keeps going up and down in one corner of the tank i know shes pregnant but is she in labor

no not in labor your fish get bord and play with thier reflection my do this all the time

yup she is... if you have a net to put her in away from other fishies (if you have other fish in there) they make fish net attachements for the babies but you can put the momma in there while she's having the babies... it'll protect her from the other fish attacking her while she's giving birth. The other fish will eat the babies (it's their nature) so by putting the momma in there you don't have to try to catch them all and put them in. Also they will try to get her pregnant right away possibly during birth... its a sad thing i had a molly and she was always pregnant and the other fish were always chasing her down... Every species has particular - and maybe even peculiar - characteristics when they are about to give birth. I think your fish tank is about become a little more crowded.

if it is then it will just have the babies, theres nothing you can do for a fish..
