If his girlfriend is your friend, stay away unless you want to end up falling out or in a fight. Do you really like him that much to loose your friend over?
How suer are you that hes not just a player and looking at you for that reason, extremely common in nearly every male.
Not worth it unless you want cat fights or hurt,.

Dont be that girl that no one will trust around there boyfriend. Dont stand in the kitchen if you cant handle the heat. B/C you know you would notlike that done to you. So Respect others!
