Can I buy this and use it here?

My boyfriend really wants the new JUKE phone from verizon, but we have US cellular service....is it possible to buy the phone but activate it with us cellular?....

My boyfriend has expensive taste...he wants a Movado watch for christmas as well....just my luck lol :)
