If there is not a drain plug at the bottom of the radiator , just undo the lower hose from the engine to the radiator and let it drain. Do it when it is cool so you don;t burn yourself.

The coolant in the radiator is considered a toxic substance and should not be drained onto the ground. It can contaminate drinking water sources and is a deadly poison (leading to a horrible, lingering death) if ingested by animals or humans. If you don't have the facility to capture and recycle it you should have it by a facility that does. In most areas it is a violation of environmental laws to dump coolant on the ground.
