if we eat later in the day we have breakfast... this year we're eating early... noon time... so we wont bother with breakfast because i want everyone to fill up on turkey!! the little ones should have a little something in the morning though to tie them over so they don't get cranky.

Do I eat breakfast on Thanksgiving? You darn right I do! :D Almost every year we have our traditional Cinnamon rolls. They are sooo good. With a little frosting, nothing could be better. Some years its Pillsberry, others they're made from scratch. The bigger and Cinnamon-ier the better! We don't have to make the meal on Thanksgiving itself... we go to our Aunt's for 'da Feast'. And the night before we make 'leftovers'. (Potatoes, stuffing, turkey, ect.) On Friday and all though the weekend we dig in.

I eat breakfast every morning, and Thanksgiving is no exception. I go to my parents' house for the holiday and we don't sit down for our Turkey Day feast until dinnertime (6pm or so), so I at least eat breakfast, and maybe lunch too.......

Don't forget your condiments.Yes.
This will allow you to invite company over and enjoy breakfast and still have privacy for your dinner. For holidays, I usually prepare the following brunch:

Breakfast casserole, bacon, ham, hashed browns and grits; waffles, biscuits, and raisin toast; fresh fruit and fruit salad. My drinks are coffee and orange juice. On July 4, I included coffee cake. We eat then I start preparing the holiday dinner. It is a fun way to entertain company and still prepare a private holiday meal for your immediate household.

I usually have some muffins or breakfast breads around the house for when it's too busy to have breakfast. We'll be munching on pumpkin bread thanksgiving morning.

No. I'll make up platters of crackers, dip, cheeses and summer sausage & pepperoni to snack on.

We usually eat holiday dinners around 1 t o130, then relax, visit, maybe see a movie and eat the dinner again around 7.
