science fair project someone please help?

Is the title on my tri-fold board supposed to be my question, my hypothesis, or do i think of a unique title?

Top of the board should be a short phrase of interest. the idea is someone walking by would glance at your board and be intrigued enough to stop and look. so don't explain the concept, don't do your hypothesis or even the title. Look for two to three keywords with only enough connecting words to form proper grammar.
It's also a good idea to make the keywords a larger font or all caps. anything to get the topic accross in less than 1/2 a second.
Consider color scheme too. The human eye is most sensitive/ tuned to the color green. And the print should stand out against the background clearly enough to read. so a pastel color background and strong font color work well, and if one is green that will draw the eye of the viewer.
