I have 2 baby savannah moniters and their not growing as fast as I would expect a 4ft lizard to grow thier both about 6 inch & I constantly feed them I'm getting worried I'd Think they'd be bigger by now

Growth rates are a direct result of how much you feed them.
More food= faster growth.
However, don't overdo it. "Power feeding" leads to faster growth, but greatly reduced life expectancy.
Also, you need to know that obesity is one of the leading causes of death in captive savannah monitors.
If you are underfeeding them, they should be obviously skinny.
Also make sure you are keeping them warm enough, as being kept too cool will lead to a lack of appetite.
