belk department store products and pay rate?

i was offered a job at belk. i know they bought some parisian stores so did they change their product savvy because the ones i been to are super conservative and whats the pay rate?

Belk's in FLA is several steps lower than Macy's and the former Parisian stores they took over. I would assume the new Belks in GA is no different. More in line with Penney's than Macy's.

Retail pay scale is always low no matter where you go.
