Assuming you are talking about the opposite sex, the first thing that will catch my eye is looks. I mean I'm not that shallow but I certainly am not going to be attracted to someone who has a head shaped like a foot!!! On the flip side I've known guys that only get cutier after I start to get to know them.
But for me to stay attracted they need to be able to have a decent conversation and they have to have a GREAT sense of humor.
Cute guys can become ugly real fast if they are idiots.
