The relationship you want is: c=lambda*nu

So c/lambda = nu

c= the speed of light, 3E8 m/s

lamba = the wavelength, given by you as 65.5 *10 m, or 65.5 m.

nu = the frequency

nu, then, is just 3*10^8(m/s)/65.5(m), or 4580152/s

"/s" indicates the unit Hz, so the answer is 4580152Hz, or 4.580152*10^6 Hz, or 4.580152 MHz.

Lastly, consider your significant figures, since 6.55 * 10 only has three. Your final answer is, then,

4.58 MHz

formula is
v=fy
here 'v' is the speed of photon ie 3 * 10^8 m/s^2, 'f' is the frequency and 'y' is the wavelength.
3*10^8=f*6.55*10
f=4580152.67 Hz
if wavelength is 6.55 ^10 m then ans will be
f=2.06Hz

For any wave, frequency x wavelength = speed.

In this case, speed = c

Just shove in the numbers and solve.
