Many women, when asked why would they vote for Hillary, the response is "Because she is a woman". Does the posession of ovaries make you a qualified leader? Does she have any other qualifications? If she feels picked on by others at the debates, how could she handle difficult decisions if our country was attacked? She had a poor memory when questioned under oath, could her memory improve if she were President? Do you think Hillary has USA's best interests in mind? Or do you believe she is looking for a power rush?

Scourge, President Ronald Reagan had Alzheimers, a legitamate reason for memory problems. Bill and Hillary have "selective memory" issues. Hillary was such a fine attorney with Rose law firm, she "lost"all the Whitewater development documents.

She's riding on the emotional gender-card. Same way she made it into the senate. She doesn't belong there, nor should she win the white house. Our country will go through another Clinton round, and the US will hit the dirt hard. Bill was the second worse president after Carter. Why do we want the twosome back?

Being a woman doesn't qualify one to run. Being in the Senate with a useless voting history doesn't qualify her to run. She's running on popularity and corruption. She's part of a failed congress. That doesn't keep us safe. She never governed. That's frightening.

I think you're making up that part about many women voting for Hillary only because she is a woman. Many women would like to see a woman as president but there are any number of women that they would not vote for president.

Being a woman doesn't qualify her for the Presidency, her experience does. Many women? Sorry, but I don't believe that for a second. I know scads of women who are voting for Hillary and yeah, they are pleased she's a woman. But if she weren't qualified or they didn't agree with her on the issues they wouldn't waste their vote on her. Of course there are some women who will not vote responsibly and will place their vote for the reason you claim. But they are in the minority. Most of us take our votes much more seriously than that.

I'm a woman and would never say that quality automatically makes you a good candidate for Presidency. It bugs me that other women would give that answer. I'm going to vote for Hilary because of her knowledge and commitment to the United States Government. She's been in that atmosphere before, knows what to expect and has made a stragetic plan for the last few years to get there herself.

Where are you getting this? I mean, what's your evidence that "many" women say their only reason for voting for Hilary is her sex?

How many is "many"?

People who vote for a person (or refuse to vote for a person) based solely on their sex are ijits.

But then, you haven't given me any reason to believe that there are people who support her just for that reason.

There probably are, but I bet there aren't very many. They probably feel that it's long over-due, since we've never had a woman in our highest office. Not much of a reason, I agree.

But then refusing to vote for any woman is idiotic, too.

If there were a woman running who was also a human being, I would certainly vote for her, but more for the "human being" thing, than her sex.

Really? Many women will vote for Hillary because she is a woman. Some sources on that would be great.

No it is not a qualification, any more than being "a Christian" is a qualification.

Does she have the best interests of the USA at heart? Of course. Does she want a power rush? What person runs for President who DOESN'T?

As for testifying under oath, this is something Bush has refused to do, so that point goes to Clinton if you ask me.

Other qualifications: She is a top-notch lawyer, and the law is excellent preparation for government, which makes law. She is in her second term as Senator, dealing with national issues.

And if you want to talk about poor memory, you should remember Ronald Reagan, whose memory was atrocious and getting worse. That didn't stop people from supporting him.

It is the same thing as when people say "we need a black president" like race and sex means someone is automaticly going to be an honest good politician.

Hillary probably does believe that she would make a good president, but I also believe that she is a camera whore and loves the media attention. I personally don't think that she will make a good anything except a cuckold wife!
