Its impossible to draw a perfect circle using just hands.
*Well, near impossible, so unlikely, its unlikely its EVER been done in all of man's history.*

If it needs to be done perfectly, by hand, I use a compass, or a stencil. In the computer, both Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as any version of Corel will allow the artist to "dial in" a perfect circle of any diameter.

If it need not be perfect, then, I begin by moving my pencil in circles, not quite touching the paper. When the circles seem to be at the aproximate correct size, I, gently, glide the pencil down to the paper, and lightly sketch it in. I may sketch a few times around, very lightly, resulting in "nearly" perfect circles. I then, go back and ink in the one I like.

Buy a compass, you can get them from most stationary shops. They usually have instruction, and they also show you how to draw other shapes and use it for different mathematics tasks.
Also you could just draw round a round circle object :]
Hope this has helped :) x x x x x x

ofcourse u can! according to d definition, a circle is the locus of a point which is equidistant from another point. so, take a thread, of the length equal to the radius of ur circle. nail one of its end down on d centre of a big sheet of paper. now, tie the other end with a pencil/pen, as close to the lead/nib as possible, n start tracing! the other end of the thread being fixed, ull get a perfect circle. u just need 2 b a bit careful n patient though.

Nope.
Saw it done once....scary.
Done w/ pencil, & about 6" dia.
Checked it w/ a compass. by swinging arcs around the perimeter the connecting diagonal lines were all the same.
When the center was found ,a compass was used & the
hand drawn circle was within the thickness of the compass drawn line.
No paper showing...close enough for me.
Fooling around many years ago at a drafting job.
No one else even came close.
