she's a really good friend and has been for a long time. we know everything about each other but sometimes it gets awkward when like...it comes to calling up guys and all. she just duzn't enjoy that kinda stuff. and yet she's my best friend forever and we have lots of fun togather. the hard part is when we hang out in a big gang and she stays out of some sort of activity and then i get totally stuck. do i stick with the gang or keep her company?

you can do both. just cause shes your best friend, it doesn't mean that you have to be with her 24/7. you may be getting a bit mature quicker. or maybe you guys are growing up and realizing you're into different things. you can always talks about it. best friends who "do everything together" should be able to talk about anything too.

I agree with CaC
If you are truly best friends and have absolute honesty between you, it should be possible to tell your friend what you want, like, etc. and that may not always include your best friend if she/he has different preferences. I think friends (even married ones) have trouble because they are not honest and/or will not allow the other to have their separate preferences (controlling is not FRIENDLY). A best friend will let their best friend do and be what they want so long as it isn't damaging to the relationship. Be honest and real with your best friend and make sure they are like that with you.
