Quincy reminds me of the president, and that's ok. Kendel reminds me of Kendall, the girl's name. But I think spelling it the way you do helps a lot to deliniate the name as masculine.
they are both unique, easy to pronounce, easy to spell. That's good.

I love Quincy. One I've always found quite intriguing, and not the typical Q name you see constantly considered by parents wanting something interesting and unique (so I suppose you could say it truly is unique). ;)
Kendall is a great, masculine-feeling name, but with it's current popularity with the female set, and especially giving all the variant spellings (Kendal, Kendel and even the unfortunate "Kyndyl" types, identical to the word "kindle," really LOL), I'd shy away from it personally.
