This actually just happened to my sister in law
she took a home pg test and it came back neg
and so had 2 periods back to back she said
but then 2 months later no period again.
Then wen't to the ER because she was having pains
and thought it was something else and come to find out
she is pg 4 months! The ER Dr. told her that although uncommon that sometimes it won't show in a urine test
and being 4 months it should have and it didn't!

I normally freak out like that too. Most pregnancy tests are very accurate today. I was told by a nurse that even the cheap dollar test work with high rate of accuracy.
I have found that this past year has been very stressful to me and I have been late and even skipped periods when previously I could set a watch by my periods. Now that my life is a little less stressful, I'm pretty much back to clockwork.
Can you still be pregnant? Yes, but it's highly unlikely. If you are truly concerned or hoping for a different result, your OB-GYN can do a blood test to confirm the stick test. The blood test is 100% accurate. They normally have the results within the day. I did that when I first started to skip because I'm on very strong birth control to fix some fibroid issues and if I was pregnant I didn't want to cause the baby any harm.

You could be pregnant. I have said it before and I will say it again... A woman can actually appear to have a period (spotting) the ENTIRE length of her pregnancy. If you had sex and did not use a condom you may be pregnant. The only way to know for sure is with a doctor visit.

I had a nurse tell me this, she was actually my teacher, and I have tried it and it worked to start my period...drink a beer or glass of wine. it will help you relax. and if you aren't pregnant it will probably make your period start if it is due to stress. if it does not start you may want to get a serum pregnancy test. it is possible that it isnt detecting pregnancy yet from your urine.

Stress and fatigue do effect period, you can rely on pregnancy tests since they have become quite accurate.
