is it normal that my period calms down at night?!
because during the day i have alot of blood
but as the night comes it calms down....
is it normal?!

yes its totally normal. You can stop bleeding completely at night, and resume again the next day.
Activity makes you bleed more, laying down and resting slows and in some cases stops it.
You're fine.

Yes, its totally normal. When your out in about, your period will be heavy, but also if your standing up a lot, gravity pulls the blood down, so if ur at home, sitting and laying down, not a lot comes out or your not that heavy. If your also drinking a lot of fluids, which is totally healthy!, then that will also cause you to be heavy.

yes its normal for it not to be so heavy at night, same thing happend to me after i gave birth 3 months ago, no worries.
