Milika Afreen. I think Malika is more feminine and pretty. I like it best as a first name. I also think Malika Afreen flows better. I like the ending "ah" sound of Malika coupled with the same "ah" sound in Afreen.

I like Malika Afreen. I think if it was the other way around people would make fun of him/ her when they are older. Malika Afreen has a flow to it.

I have a friend named Malika, also a friend named Makalia. They are different names and I like them. My name is Tyesa, so I've been used to "exotic" names all my life. As for Afreen, I think it sounds too much like Afrin, the cold/flu nose drip spray. I wouldn't want your child to be teased.
