I cant seem to get the right answer to this:

What is the frequency of a photon with a wavelength of 3.20 10-5 m? (The speed of light in a vacuum is 2.998 108 m/s. Planck's constant is 6.626 10-34 J·s.)

For this question you shouldn't even need Planck's constant; frequency is just the speed (v, or c if it's in a vacuum, which I'm going to assume you're supposed to be assuming in this case, as you don't have enough information to do the question otherwise) divided by the wavelength (lamda, or L in this case because I can't write the symbol here). So you have:
f = c/L
f = 2.998x10^8 / 3.2x10^-5
f = 9.37x10^12 s^-1, or 9.37x10^12 Hz

You only need Planck's constant if you're trying to find energy. Just look at your units if you can't remember the formula, and it shouldn't be hard to figure it out (the units of frequency are Hz, or s^-1, and dividing speed by wavelength gives you these units).

Yes, light moves very fastly.
Its high speed results a constant stated by the medium (e.g. vacuum) and it relates Frequency and Wavelenght

2.998E+8 m/s = Wavelenght * Frequency

hence you calculate

Frequency = 2.998E+8 / 3.2E-5 m = 9.1E+12 Hz

where Hz means HERTZ or number of oscillation accomplished along One Second of time.
Max Plack given his equation to assign Quanta's Energy to smallest particle behaving as photon itself

Energy = Planck Constant * Frequency
Energy = 6.624E-34 * 9.1E+12 = 6.0E-22 J

I hope this helps you.

Lots of people seem to be asking questions like this one, so you're not unusual in being stuck. Use the equations

frequency x wavelength = speed of wave

Planck's constant x frequency = photon energy

That's all there is to it.
