First thing I ask you "what did you do to bring on the calories?". Common sense says you STOP doing that and the calories will go away. Secondly, it is sure NOT sitting in front of your computer all day munching on candy, cakes and other foods. Go bike 10 or 20 miles daily. Walk about 6 miles down the street. Run 2 miles twice daily. In other words, MOVE your body girl, MOVE your body. The bucket keeps getting full because nobody is emptying it!

All activities burn calories. The general rule is the harder you work out the more calories you burn. So running for 30 mins would burn more calories then talking a stroll. So anything that you enjoy and that elevates your heart rate is great. Do this for 30 mis a day and you will be in great shape!

Walking
It's an inefficient means of movement and therefore the calorie vs difficulty ratio is high

Sex is a fun calorie burner, just get the right partner, if you don't have one already.
Housework, burns a lot
Walking or running, if you have somewhere safe and scenic. could be good. This is something else you could share with a partner.
