Anyone have trouble lately with USPS shipments from US to Italy?

I've shipped 2 different items from US to Italy last month. They still have not arrived. Any strikes or internal problems there?

I haven't had trouble with packages getting to Rome.....but the tariff costs when my son picks them up is ridiculously expensive.!

I live in the Midwest, and my packages take about 7-10 days to arrive AND I send them priority mail.
