An "Old Fashion"
No one knows how to make them, not generally, unless your in some ancient place, but it's actually, muddled cherries, crushed ice, a dash of sugar, another dash or two of bitters and bourbon. I used to work for a news paper and that's what the "ancient" (to me) @ 21 editor, drank.
I've liked them every since. Try em, great drink, but you'll constantly have to tell the bar tender or tendress how to make them.
