Its the same thing, I was confused at first too.

mate you answered your own question, reboot , restart are same thing. Used in a different context, for example if you have just dowloaded updates for windows, and a window pops up and says "for updates to take effect restart you pc".Reboot is same thing, or you pc freezes for some reason after an attack by a booter, you reboot your pc by ctrl, alt , del, or turn off the power and turn it back on.

Reboot is the proper computer technical term for restart. So you say you know how to restart then you know how to reboot.

rebboting is if you reformat your hardrive you reboot windows into it
