Yes but not with the teams you mentioned, at least not this year. It could happen in a conference with a championship game. If a team loses early, and then wins out, and the other team wins out, and they are in the same division, they could be 1-2, although if it happens, it will be more likely a scenario with a conference that doesn't have a championship game. Like if Wisconsin beat michigan last year, you might have seen a OSU/Wisconsin national championship game.

it is possible but only in a conference where there is no championship game, for example the Big Ten or the Pac 10. For example since USC and Oregon didn't play each other this year if they would have gone undefeated they likely would have played in the BCS title game

I think this year it would be impossible due to the fact that Oklahoma has to beat Kansas to get there,,,and with the Kansas schedule disrespect,,,,THAT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE.

If kansas beats OU, then there are enough one loss teams to fill the spot before a two loss OU gets in.

Not really. I mean not exactly a RULE against it, but you'd have to manage to get them to #1 and #2 in the final week's standings. Considering that Human polls make up 2/3 of the BCS standings that it is almost impossible to see, the humans will make sure they rate the teams apart usually.

SEC championship game will be the BCS championship game. So watch that. Your examples are very bad examples.

possible If Penn State and Northwestern were undefeted since they haven't played in the regular season and the Big 10 has no champ. game.

Yes it is possible. It almost (should have) happened last year with Michigan vs. Ohio St.
