Can men suffering from partial phimosis have normal sexual intercourse?

I mean, does it pain if one cannot retract the foreskin fully behind the penis head when erect and during sexual intercourse?

Even though uncircumcised guys are more sensitive:

A study still found that circumcised and uncircumcised guys last on average around 6 minutes. So often premature ejaculation is mental (being too nervous or excited) rather than sensitivity based).

As long as you can pull it back when soft (flaccid) it's perfectly fine. That's because that's really only when you should pull it back, to clean it when you shower, and that alone takes about 5 or 10 seconds and feels good, so it should not be an issue.

And another point, if you masturbate and it works fine, it'll work fine for sex, too.

However, if you think that your foreskin is a little tighter than it should be, or it seems to be attached to the head, that's quite common and normal at your age. Once you start pulling it back more often (for masturbation and cleaning) it'll gradually pull back more; I was the same.

Circumcision is not needed. See the following link for more advice on this issue.

Using a condom usually helps. Phimosis is very bothersome but not actually that serious. It can easily be treated without circumcision. If Jorge doesn't anwer here, see his "best answer" at http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AsLZw.JoXOzsnm793sS7Ixzty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20071106130252AA6OwQm&show=7#profile-info-JwIg9u7Haa -- he knows more about phimosis than the majority of doctors!

You should consult a doctor but whatever you do don't get circumcised. I had phimosis as a child and was circumcised, I was to young to understand at time and I regret having it done.

Go get circumcised and you will never have another problem! I was cut at 18 and sex is 100% better! There is only an upside to being cut! Being uncut sucks, you will never know good sex until you are!
