Which any person is defined as "RICH"??
I keep hearing "Tax the rich". Is the 'rich' level, the point whereby someone / anyone makes above the "poverty line"??
Like $18,000.00 dollars a year ?? Is this amount where the extra taxation starts??
Not one candidate has yet defined "RICH" !!!

I think that the reason they don't want to answer that question is they know that it is a very hot potato and they cannot define it because most of them are already millionaires and they do not want
to alienate the voters who will put them into office.
For myself, a person who is "rich" is someone who is a CEO of any corporation making in excess of $10,000,000 annual salary with all of the
perts that come with the job,
According to the democrat party, anyone making above $75,000 a year annual salary is "rich."
In my humble opinion, anyone making over $50,000 a year in salary is where the extra taxation would start. That is bad. I think that the USA should have the flat tax!!

So far its $200,000 for single and $500,000 for couples. It is up for debate. It was proposed as a beginning point for the debates that are to follow. Charlie Rangle, chairman of the House Ways and Means committee, wrote legislation to begin the debate. Nothing is set in stone, nor was it intended to be at this point. They have to do something about the AMT very soon.

They aren't going to limit themselves by putting numbers out there...we all know they want all they can get...that should be scary enough to make you want to say no.
