1.) I ididnt start shaving my legs until i was about 13-14. It really depends on how much hair they have on their legs.
2.)When i was 16, i was able to go to the mall with friends, and no parents. Of course, they had to know where i was going and with who! lol
3.)My mom always joked and said i couldnt have a boyfriend until i turned 25 years old, but my first actual boyfriend was at the age of 16.
4.)Same as number 3....Age 16
5.)I think it depends on the age of the child that is being babysat. I helped babysit when iwas about 14 years old, but i didnt fully babysit on my own until i was 17-18.
6.)I think when the yshow responsibilty. I was age 16
7.)I started wearing deoderant when i was about 12. It also depends on how bad you need it
8.)I'd say about 16. Again, i think it has to do with how responsible they are.
9.)When they start their period. Some girls prefer tampons over pads. Every woman is different when it comes to that.
10.)I got my first cell phone at 15, but i was responsible for the bills.

1.) Shaving Legs- I'd say around 11, or whenever she feels like she's left out because the other girls have started.
2.) Going to the mall alone- With a group of her friends, I'd say around 13.
3.) Having a boyfriend- I think that a girl should be at least 14 before having a real boyfriend, or when she's in high school.
4.) Dating- Group dates are fine in middle school when she's around 12 or 13, but no real dating with boys until she's 14 or 15.
5.) Babysitting- Depending on the age of the child she's babysitting, she should be able to start at around 12, but make sure she knows what to do in case of an emergency.
6.) Staying home alone- I would let her stay home alone at 11, but it really depends on how responsible you think she is. During the summer months, I stayed home alone for hours on end when I was 11, but not all girls should be trusted home alone that early.
7.) Wearing deodorant- I don't know if there's really a set age for this, but a girl should start wearing deodorant when she feels like she needs to because she's sweating more and it's making her uncomfortable. But if you really need an age, I'd say around 11 or 12.
8.) Going on Myspace- Don't let her get a myspace until she's at least 13 and a teenager, and even then, make sure she's not talking to the pervs and psychopaths.
9.) Using tampons- A girl should be allowed to begin using tampons when she begins her period, as that's a personal choice. For most girls, it's around 12 or 13.
10.) Getting a cell phone- I think a girl should get a mobile when she's 13, because at that age she'll be going off alone with her friends loads more, and will need something so she can keep in touch with you and stay safe.
I hope these helped, this is just how I feel personally, and it's basically how I plan to raise my daughter.

1. shaving legs- when the person begins growing hair on their legs and they want to remove it.
2. going to the mall alone- when the person is mature and knows what to do in case of a bad situation.
3. having a boyfriend- many girls have boyfriends at different ages, but as for actual relationships i think about 14 (freshmen year in high school usually)
4. dating- 14/15, but that's when dating is like holding hands/kissing and going to the movies.
5. babysitting- 15/16; anything younger is too young. I mean, the lives of the kid they are watching is in their hands, and if the babysitter doesn't know how to take care of themself, how will the care for a child?
6. staying home alone (2 hrs.)- 11 or 12.
7. wearing deoderant- when they begin having body odor from their armpits, this depends on the person because everyone is different.
8. going on myspace- 14
9. using tampons- that's a completely personal choice for them, but i would say 14+
10. getting a cell phone- 14+ IF they are responsible and can pay half their bill if they plan on going over their minutes.

1- I started shaving my legs when I started high school. But as soon as she has apparent dark hair on the legs (not that baby blond hair) I'd say its ok to shave :) Shaving the baby blond hair is useless! It will only make it darker ;)
2-I started going to the mall alone -with my cousin- when I was very young (We lived next to the mall) I was about 9.
3, 4,6 - it depends of the maturity of the child. When she shows interest, her parents should be able to judge if she is ready or not. I had my first bf at 7, but all we did was hold hands ;) I started dating and had my first serious bf at 14 and babysitting at 13 ;) but then again my mom was always around so I could call her if I needed her.
7- wearing deo? you'll smell it when she needs it;) it's hygiene so don't be strict on that heheheh
8- going on myspace ? well I guess when she's a teenager (13+)
9- tampons... well when she gets her cycle it's her choice to use either tampons or not. But I'd wait until I would have lost my virginity... or else it may feel a little odd.
10- I'm not into kids with cell phones, really. Just can't help feeling like it's wrong. But if she can afford it and pay it herself, things get different ;)

1. Shaving legs - 11/12
2. Going to the mall alone - 14, but they should have a cell phone so their parents can contact them!
3. Having a boyfriend - 15
4. Dating - 15
5. Babysitting - 13
6. Staying home alone - 11
7. Wearing deodorant - when they feel they need it: 11 probably
8. Going on MySpace - never lol (I hate MySpace(I'm 15)
9. Using tampons - when they are ready, after they have started their periods. Everyone who has a period should have the choice of using a tampon! No matter how old they are.
10. Getting a cell phone - Probably 11 or 12. I was 12. They are really necessary for parents to keep in contact and vice versa. Just don't give them texting . . . it's stupid anyhow plus it's too expensive. They don't need it (yes! that's coming from a 15 year old lol).
