I came from a country with a minority Muslim population, and having observed them for a while and read news about repression most Arab countries, there are countless advantages not only in the United States but in other democratic states that offers equality for both men and women.
Here's some of the advantages:
1. They are free to mingle with male friends and choose which she like to marry
2. Free to choose where to go to school or what to take up in college
3. Licensed to drive a motor vehicle
4. Freedom to wear veils or hair covering
5. Free to convert to other religion of their choice
6. Wear dresses that are in style or old style and nobody cares
7. Attends social gatherings
8. Practice a chosen career
9. Discuss issues with men
10. Have a company and be in-charge of a staff full of men
11. ...and many many more....
There are lot's and lots of opportunities for arab women, when, given the chance, they can excel in their chosen field and help built nation that offers equality to everybody.

A lot depends on whether she is still under strict family and traditional control while in the US, but she would have to go to school as a girl, not kept out of school because female.
She could drive, pick her own friends and careers and loved one.
She might wear the head cover or might not, depending on the indivual situation.
She wouldn't be blamed and punished if she is raped, but would have legal protection, police hlep, and the right to a trial.
She could run her own life, and not just follow instructions of the man she's enslaved to. She can develop her full creative and educational potential.
I'm sure some countries are worse than others, and it's not just limited to Arab countries, but to Islamic countries as well.
Only a few treat women as complete humans.

None, I would say they have more advantages in most Arab countries if they dress modestly. People in the US tend to stare and there is underlying racism sometimes.
edit: women can drive in most arab countries and have a choice on headscarf, friends, job, etc.

Latest news from saudi-arabia was, that victim of a group-rape were centanced to jail for 9 months for talking about it to newspaper. her lawer lost his rights of be a lawer.
you figure from that what it is like being an arab female on middle east...

Because they have had very little "say so" in their previous lives, I have noticed that many of them have now come over here and have become very bossy. I dont appreciate it when they come to my place of business and tell me how to do my job.

well, lets see........they can get naked in front of cameras without being stoned, have sex with men without being stoned, wear a bikini in the open without being stoned, get a job without being stoned, give the finger to men without being stoned, etc etc etc etc etc. these women that come here and enjoy all the freedoms that they never had in the middle east do not complain.
yet the ones that do embrace their religion that come here always cry that their "freedom" is being "trampled" on. isn't that funny?
