I like walking around my area (brick lane) and also going to the football (Chelsea).
For tourists though, anywhere in central is alright, the aquarium, tower of london, the eye, westminster, galleries & museums etc.
Oh and clubs... stay away from Chinawhites unless you want chavvy essex wannabe page 3 girls puking on your shoes! lol.
93 Feet East on Brick lane is an amazing little club.

Greenwich - the view from the top of the park is spectacular. Observatory and free entry musems if that's your thing. Shopping is great with quirky boutiques and the famous Greenwich market. Coffee shops and restaurants. Plus yu can get there or leave by the boat trip so whatever you're into it's there.

Camden (Lock) Markets are wonderful. Lovely scenery - hundreds of different shops ... dozens of different food stalls. And a walk or trip with boat along the Regents Canal along the Zoo to Little Venice is worth to be done.

I used to live in London and there are lots of places!
For shopping: Covent Garden (gorgeous boutiques) and Oxford Street (high street stores)
For clubbing; Fabric, Ministry of Sound, Turnmills
I used to love going to Trafalgar Square too, I found it very relaxing, I used to go there when I needed to think, there is a beautiful park quite nearby it too. :) xx

My favorite spot is the Tate Modern, bar none. I love its permanent collections of modern art, and their special exhibits are always the buzz of the art world. Even if you're not an avid arts fan, the building itself is stunningly beautiful, and the views of the Thames are truly Kodak moments.
Enjoy your trip!
