50 or 60 years ago I would have said shooting someone that entered your home unlawfully may be a bit too much, but today people are so evil, and so vicious chances are they are not in your home by mistake and I'm betting they're aren't there to do you any favors.

If your" back is up against the wall"
It is legally & morally acceptable to use deadly force to protect yourself.
The proper thing ,if you cannot escape , is to retreat to a safe place if you can , give warning if you are armed & If the intruder still attempts to get to you & cause harm to you or your family there is really no alternative but to defend yourself

there is an old saying " better to be judged by 12 than be carried by 6. " a person should be able to defend their life and property without being punished by the law.

i agree, anyone unlawfully entering your home especially at night ,deserves everything they get.or would the liberals rather us wait until they finish raping, molesting, and murdering before action is taken. i personally would attack anyone i thought was a real threat to my children.

No, not at all, when they came in without my permission, they gave up their rights. I will tell them 1 time to stop, and then I will stop them.
