Probably because, Miley Cyrus has the most fans, that's why they are expensive...She is super famous for all kids under the age of 14! I even like her, I wouldn't go to her concert or anything, but I think she is pretty good...Also the more fundamental issue is that promoters of the Hannah Montana series apparently haven't priced tickets commensurate with demand, opening the door to a secondary market with much higher prices...Here's an article:

Hannah Montana fans are in an uproar over being shut out trying to buy tickets to see Miley Cyrus live in concert. The fans tried to purchase tickets online from Ticketmaster and were unable to.
Then fans looked for tickets online at Ebay and Stubhub and became enraged when they saw how expensive the tickets were going for.
How did tickets get to be so expensive?
Miley Cyrus created a lot of buzz in the concert industry by helping to sell a lot of tickets as the opening act for The Cheetah Girls earlier this year. Many of the shows with Miley opening the shows were sold out.

Due to her popularity. The demand to see Hannah Montana is high; therefore, they can get away with selling expensive tickets. I assure you, they will be sold out.

Ok...I wanted to get some but they were all sold out. Here is what happened: a big company bought all the tickets and are selling them for more. Now, they are getting sewed!! Yeah!! But, the only ones left are really expansive. The lowest I see them is 80 bucks and there are only like two left.

well, that is how they make all of their money is buy selling CDs, and going to concerts. all of the money made from the tickets and CDs goes to the singer (Hannah Montana for example) that is how they make their living. hope that this helps

because the second that the tickets went on sale all the ticket brockers went onto ticketmaster.com and bought all of the tickets. (that was originally the only place the tickets were going to be sold) But once they bought all of the tickets they started selling them online for thounsands of dollars! But because of that the ticket brockers are now being sued and wont be allowed to go onto ticketmaster.com and buy any of the tickets.

in basic terms flow purchase the CD for $10 at Wal-mart, cuz that is all you're gonna listen on the live performance besides! there'll be no actual making a music from Disney's little celeb...Sorry, notwithstanding it really is real! ?

Initially, they were not supposed to be soo expensive. but, all of the scalpers bought them before the public and sold the for almost 3x their regular price.

Because so many people want to see her, and she is with THE JONAS BROTHERS!!! I already saw her, and two tickets cost $134.24.

they`re ripping poeple off! once i saw tickets that were $600 per person and for my family it`s $2,240. and thats only 4 people!
