Usually a week before Thanksgiving and then when Black Friday comes I'm greatful that I did it earlier even though I'm missing out on all the good half-price sales.

September ~ Why because than we only have to spend like 30-50 $ a week it does not seem like that much of a horrible lump out of your pay check and you can beat all the christmas lines and you can also look and find some really great sales like ToysRus right now and every weekend and huge clearance sales too. Than come Christmas time everything is bought and you don't have to worrie about the headache of buying presents when you are organizing the rest of your christmas. And now our christmas bonus gets to go straight into the bank.. And another pluss if you manage to find it somewhere else cheeper you can return it and buy it else where for cheeper. We saved over $800 last year on Christmas from normal retail and the sale price... Word of warning thou find a good hiding spot.

I started as soon as the stores started putting out Christmas stuff! I love it...there is a target where I live that has a Starbucks in it so I leave a little early for work so I can stop in & pick up a latte and I just couldn't help but start shopping!

I start Christmas shopping when my husband gets his bonus check from work.

whenever I see the perfect gift for someone I buy it then and there and stick it in closet with christmas stuff
I have gotten cool gifts on the day after christmas...hey
the price is right then....

Usually early December....but I only have 4 things to buy. My parents and my brothers are the only people I buy presents for.
