Funny. However, not likely. Although WJ Clinton wrote a bill to extend Presidential terms limits and was shut down. Ron "the shill" Paul !! i dont think gwb needs to, all he has to do is get someone who feels the same to take over the "presidency" for him. which will probly happen around this election or the next. as we have seen before, you dont have to have the majority of votes to win.....funny how that works.
