I've not noticed any particular correlation between when I ask and what answers I get, but the best time for my purposes is around midnight central time (US). That's when the other side of the world is mostly awake, and I get a more international feel. I usually go to bed early (as early as 8:00 p.m. sometimes), and get up around midnight, then go back to bed about 2:00 or so. Then I'm on again right after breakfast.

The one thing that does matter is midnight in Sunnyvale, CA. That's when the "per day" limits are rolled over. So if I vote from midnight to 2:00 a.m. my time, that's right up to midnight Sunnyvale time. Then I "instantly" have 100 more votes available.

No time works for me. I'm disabled and post questions at all hours of the day. I'm lucky to get half a dozen answers, and most of those are of the "You Suck" variety,
